No Bake Cherry Cheesecake


  • 100 grams of tea biscuits 

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 200 grams NOGA DAHI
  • 200 ml cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup blueberry/rasberry/strawberry crush
  • 2 table spoon gelatin
  • 3 spoons of milk
  • 5-6 tablespoon water


1.Melt the butter using the double boiler method ( keep a pot of water and inside it place a bowl or smaller pot with the butter. In a small bowl add the gelatin and the 3 spoons of milk and let sit for 10 minutes. then microwave for 10 seconds.

2. Crush the biscuits using the back of a bowl, add the melted butter and line the cake dish with the mixture. We used a round cake tin. Place in freezer for about an hour.3. Using a mixer, beat the Dahi, and cream cheese and fruit crush. Add the melted gelatin and beat again till creamy.

4. pour the mixture onto your cake pan and place in refrigerator to set.

5. for topping: you can use fruit preserve, whipped cream, Chocolate chips, what ever comes to mind. We used cherry preserve.
