Dahi Kebab


  • 1-1/2 cup of NOGA's DAHI yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup chick pea flour - dry roasted over low heat till slightly darker.
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies.
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onions.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds.
  • Oil - for frying


1.Mix all the ingredients except the oil and chill for an hour. 

​2. Shape the mixture into flat rounds and pan fry over medium heat until brown on both sides.

3. Serve hot with green chutney.
